Overview

Assistant Client Support Officer, Customer Service (Cantonese) – entry level administrative role supporting the smooth operation of the service desk function.

Key responsibilities

  • Provides administrative support to the Managed Services Client Service Desk team.
  • Performs entry level administrative tasks as required by the team.
  • Receives, validates, and logs client requests, capturing request details.
  • Ensures correct escalation procedures are followed for all critical calls and requests; assists with analyzing and interpreting requests for correct categorization and prioritization.
  • Coordinates with colleagues to keep users updated on progress toward resolution of tickets / requests.
  • Maintains all relevant documents related to tickets / requests, including client information.
  • Communicates professionally, provides updates, and ensures clients are aware of actions being undertaken on their behalf.
  • Performs any other related task as required.

  • Ability to work in a 24x7 shift structure, based on a defined roster as required.
  • Academic qualifications and certifications

  • High School Certification
  • Required experience

  • Basic level years of experience
  • Basic experience in the Technology Industry and Call Centre environment
  • Able to speak Cantonese to work with clients from Hong Kong
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply
  • Able to work on-site in Cyberjaya
  • Workplace type
