We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Assistant Finance Manager to manage the full sets of accounts, ensure statutory compliance, and support financial reporting, tax and audit processes. The role works closely with the Finance and accounting team and cross-functional teams to maintain accurate records, deliver timely reports, and ensure operational excellence.

Responsibilities :

• Manage full sets of accounts, company ledgers, and daily financial transactions in compliance with IFRS, PSAK and local regulations.
• Support month-end closing activities, including balance sheet and inter-company reconciliations.
• Prepare accurate financial statements, management reports, and worksheets (e.g. manpower-outsourcing income, maintenance and license contracts).
• Handle tax compliance (VAT, WHT, CIT), tax audits, and preparation of transfer pricing documentation.
• Liaise with auditors, tax agents, and other third parties to ensure timely submission of tax returns and audit completion.
• Assist in budgeting, forecasting, and other finance-related projects.
• Support payment processing, billings, bank reconciliations, and other accounting tasks.
• Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned by the superior and Headquarter from Shenzhen.
