Job Description :
We are looking for a proactive and people-oriented HR Executive to join our team. The role covers end-to-end human resource functions, including recruitment, employee relations, training, payroll, and compliance.
Key Responsibilities :
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions : recruitment, onboarding, payroll, and exit process.
- Manage employee records, leave, attendance, and HR documentation.
- Support recruitment process : job posting, screening, arranging interviews.
- Assist in developing HR policies, procedures, and employee handbook.
- Manage employee engagement activities, performance reviews, and training programs.
- Ensure compliance with Malaysia labor laws and company regulations.
- Liaise with government bodies (EPF, SOCSO, LHDN, HRDF).
Requirements :
Diploma / Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or related field.At least 3 years of working experience in HR.Good knowledge of Malaysian labor laws and statutory requirements.Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).Strong communication and interpersonal skills.Able to work independently and handle confidential information.Job Type : Full-time
