Responsibilities
- To coach and lead a team of merchandisers & promoters
- Work closely with Sales Team and Trade Marketing Team to ensure activity execution on time in full
- Manpower scheduling and planning
- Team monitoring and evaluation
- Permanent & short term POSM monitoring
- Resolve day to day issues for team members
- Trade matters update
- Involve in planning and execution of all roadshows and concourse events
- Communicate with store in charge for arrangements of activities and space
Requirements
Degree in Business, Marketing or similar disciplineMinimum 2 years of experience in related field and in similar capacityExperience in managing Merchandisers in the Beauty / FMCG Industry environment is an added advantageAbout the Company
