Key Responsibilities
1. Sales & Revenue Growth
- Set monthly / quarterly sales targets and drive performance to exceed them.
- Identify and manage new sales channels : campus kiosks, Shopee, Lazada, TikTok, pop-up booths, roadshows.
- Launch promotional campaigns (e.g., student discounts, bundles, loyalty programs).
- Collaborate with university departments for merchandise deals and events.
2. Branding & Marketing (Digital + Traditional)
Create and implement marketing campaigns across Instagram, TikTok, Facebook, WhatsApp Business, and other platforms.Work with content creators / designers for engaging visuals, reels, and ads.Leverage influencers, campus ambassadors, and partnerships to boost visibility.Run targeted ads (Meta Ads, Google Ads) and measure effectiveness.Organize product launches and brand activations with clear KPIs.3. Staff Management & Development
Lead and supervise sales promoters, store assistants, interns, and part-timers.
Schedule shifts, assign responsibilities, and evaluate performance.Conduct training in customer service, sales, and product knowledge.Build a motivated, high-performing team culture.5. Customer Service & Relationship Management
Ensure excellent customer satisfaction across platforms and outlets.
Monitor feedback, resolve complaints, and improve service standards.Build a loyal customer database and run retention programs (emailers, WhatsApp campaigns, exclusive offers).6. Business Development & Strategic Growth
Explore B2B opportunities : supply to bookshops, college events, salons, boutiques, and more.Recommend new product lines and collaborations.Stay updated with fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends to adapt offerings.Present performance reports, forecasts, and strategies to management.7. Budget & Cost Control
Manage operating budgets effectively.Ensure cost-efficient procurement and operations.Track ROI for marketing campaigns and optimize spend.

Introduce limited-edition collections and influencer collaborations.
Upgrade packaging & presentation to international standards.Create memorable unboxing experiences and loyalty sets.Expand Donna Ricca / perfumes into premium retail counters & malls.Launch a dedicated lifestyle e-commerce site.Key Skills & Requirements
Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field.Strong leadership and multitasking abilities.Experience in retail / FMCG / e-commerce preferred.Proficiency in digital marketing and social media platforms.Analytical mindset with problem-solving skills.Passion for branding, fashion, beauty, and lifestyle trends.Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in merchandising, marketing, or retail operations.Job Types : Full-time, Permanent
