Should be able to troubleshoot erros on Informatica, Teradata, Hadoop platforms and supports applications built on top of it.
Strong problem solving knowledge on Databases like Hadoop, Teradata & SQL.
Monitoring Jobs\Workflow and working with technical teams to derive permanent fix.
Hands on Experience in Building, Trouble Shooting Informatica Mappings.
Working experience on handling and managing ETL Processes and Data warehousing platform
Hands on Experience in Writing, Debugging, Testing Shell Scripts.
Hands on Experience in Teradata Utilities like Bteq , Fast Load , Multi Load , TPT.
Experience in Writing, Debugging, Testing Hive Scripts.
Hands on Experience in any Scheduling Tool.
Ability to logically prioritize tasks and schedule work accordingly.
Deep Understanding of Data Ware House Concepts
Hands on Experience in process like Incident management, Problem management and Change management.
Should be a good team Player & Individual Contributor.
Should be able to Interact with Both Technical / Non-Technical Users & address their queries.
Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
Good working experience in support role.
Should be flexible for long working hours.
Should be ready to work in 16X7 shift or on call support.
EDUCATION
Bachelor Degree / Master in IT / Computer Science / Engineering or related discipline
