L3 Application Maintenance / Production Support

Penerangan pekerjaanBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field. 5+ years of experience in application support, production support, or L3 maintenance roles in the banking / financial sector. Hands-on experience with AS400 / DB2 environments. Strong knowledge of Silverlake Core Banking system and BWC (Bankwide CIF) Customer File. Experience with ALDON or equivalent tools for software deployment automation. Familiarity with DevOps practices, CI / CD, and system monitoring tools. Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills with ability to analyze complex technical issues. Good communication skills to interact with business users and technical teams. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple priorities in a production environment. Experience in the banking / financial services industry. Familiarity with ITIL processes (Incident, Problem, Change Management). Knowledge of scripting for automation in AS400 environments.
Key Responsibilities
- Application Support (L3) : Provide Level 3 support for Silverlake Core Banking and related applications, focusing on the BWC Customer File system.
- Incident & Problem Management : Investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve complex production issues, ensuring minimal downtime and impact to business operations.
- Change & Release Management : Manage and implement application changes, patches, and upgrades using ALDON for automated software deployment on AS400.
- DevOps & Automation : Collaborate with DevOps teams to streamline deployment processes, improve monitoring, and enhance operational efficiency.
- Database Management : Support and optimize AS400 / DB2 databases for application stability, performance, and reliability.
- Collaboration : Work closely with business users, developers, and infrastructure teams to deliver timely resolutions and improvements.
- Documentation : Maintain technical documentation, knowledge base articles, and standard operating procedures for application support.
- Continuous Improvement : Identify opportunities for automation, process optimization, and proactive issue prevention.
