What You’ll Be Doing

Guide and support Sales Advisors to stay updated on products and policies.

Monitor team performance to help the branch meet its sales targets and KPIs.

Build strong customer relationships to grow sales opportunities.

Ensure the branch is well-stocked to meet customer demand and exceed quotas.

Oversee inventory, deliveries, and invoicing to ensure smooth operations.

Work closely with the Head of Sales to address challenges and propose solutions.

Collaborate with other departments to develop and implement effective sales strategies.

Step in for the Head of Sales when needed.

What We’re Looking For

A degree in a relevant field.

Strong communication skills and the ability to connect with people from all backgrounds.

Proactive, goal-oriented, and driven by results.

Eager to learn about products, industry trends, and customer needs.

Ability to speak local dialects is a plus.
