Job Description
- Oversee and drive sales performance across stores, ensuring commercial targets are achieved.
- Represent brand in key meetings with landlords, partners, and high-profile clients, acting as the brand ambassador in Malaysia.
- Lead business development initiatives, including corporate orders and key account management, to expand revenue streams.
- Identify under-performing areas and develop actionable improvement plans with full ownership of market performance.
- Foster collaboration and engagement within the local team, inspiring change and motivating tenured staff toward new goals.
- Work closely with regional and cross-functional teams (Marketing, HR, VM, PR & Communications) to ensure cohesive execution.
- Manage operational budgets, travel plans, and store visit schedules, maintaining transparency and strong business acumen.
