What You Will Be Doing
- As an Administrator, you will support the team through efficient coordination, communication and documentation management. Your responsibilities will include :
- Coordinating work schedules, arrangements and task assignments.
- Following up on assigned tasks and ensuring timely completion.
- Preparing and maintaining meeting schedules, presentation materials and compiling documentation.
- Handling office administration including correspondence, documentation and filing.
- Providing administrative support to facilitate smooth office operations.
Key Responsibilities
Plan, coordinate and schedule work assignments in line with approved plans.Manage travel and logistics, including booking hostels and flights for work assignments.Monitor staff attendance including leave, medical leave and other type of leaves.Monitor work progress and timely completion of reports.Handle correspondence and communication with stakeholders including arranging sign-offs, deliveries and acknowledgements.Prepare and maintain meeting schedules and presentation materials as well as compile documentation for meetings.Assist with follow-up matters such as payments and collections from clients or debtors.Assist with internal employee follow up matters such as information updates, training and development, performance appraisals, etc.What You Will Need to Succeed
Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Company Secretarial Studies or related fields.Preferably with basic understanding of HR and finance functions.Mature, patient and positive personality with strong sense of responsibility and accountability.Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.Prior experience in office administration is an advantage.Strong interpersonal and communication skills to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels.High level of integrity, attention to detail, positive thinking and a proactive attitude.Comfortable with an office-based work environment.What We Offer
