Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Business Development Manager located in Subang Jaya, with some work-from-home flexibility. The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and driving revenue growth. Daily tasks include conducting market research, developing proposals, negotiating contracts, and collaborating with the sales and marketing teams to create strategies for client acquisition and retention.

Qualifications
Experience in business development, sales, and client relationship management

Strong negotiation and contract negotiation skills
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Ability to work independently and in a team, with flexibility for remote work
Experience in the HR industry is a plus
Bachelor\'s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field
