We are looking for a dynamic and motivated Sales Executive to support our sales efforts. The ideal candidate is enthusiastic, eager to learn, and passionate about a career in sales and marketing. Responsibilities
Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand market share Building and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, retailers, and distributors Meeting and exceeding sales targets for assigned products or territories Conducting market research to identify new business opportunities, understand market trends, and analyse sales performance data Proven sales experience, including lead generation, sales presentations, and closing deals Promoting products through various channels, including in-store displays and promotional activities Addressing customer inquiries, handling complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction Developing a deep understanding of the products being sold and their key features Working with other teams, such as marketing and supply chain, to support sales efforts and effective verbal and written communication to interact with clients and colleagues Ensuring adherence to company policies and procedures related to sales and distribution Follow up with leads and existing customers to ensure satisfaction and maintain relationships Implement the sales execution and its marketing strategies especially for Japanese alcohol beverage in a professional manner in order that a high level of quality service is upheld at all times Distribute price lists, prepare quotations, attend to customer complaints and ensure excellent customer service Attend industry events, trade shows and conferences to expand networks and promote our products / services Proper training and guidance will be provided to equip successful candidate for better achievements. Ensure that all works assigned are carried out diligently and timely to meet deadlines Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by superior Qualifications
JOB REQUIREMENTS : Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced / Higher / Graduate Diploma, Bachelor’s Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, Business Studies / Administration / Management, Marketing or equivalent Required language(s) : English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin to effectively communicate with our diverse client base and stakeholders. Japanese language is an added advantage At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position Preferably Executives specializing in Marketing / Business Development, Food / Beverage / Restaurant Service or equivalent Self-motivated with great initiative and goals driven Possess own transport with your valid driving license and willing to travel Additional Information
Training will be provided Five days’ work, 8.30 am to 5.00 pm (Monday-Thursday), 8.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)
