Job Responsibilities :

  • To ensure all operational activities are in order – Process Sales Order received, make bookings and arrange deliveries, monitor deliveries to ensure on-time arrival.
  • Prepare documents for delivery (Delivery Order, Packing List, Certificate of Origin, etc).
  • Liaise with Customs, Port Authorities, MITI, forwarding agents, and relevant government agencies.
  • Identify and resolve any shipping related issues, including customs delays, document discrepancies and logistical challenges.
  • Handle market return finished goods.
  • Prepare daily / monthly reports / analysis related to finished goods.
  • Support monthly FG stock count.
  • Any other tasks assigned by Superior / Management.

Jobs Requirements :

  • Diploma or Degree in a relevant field.
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in shipping and logistics, preferably within a manufacturing environment.
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently under minimal supervision, with strong ability to meet tight deadlines.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 standards and experience using ERP systems is an added advantage.
