Key Responsibilities
Build and nurture long-term relationships with existing and prospective clients to ensure repeat business and referrals.
Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales quotas and KPIs.
Identify and pursue new sales opportunities, including upselling and cross-selling within existing accounts.
Serve as the main point of contact for assigned accounts; handle client inquiries, issues, and feedback efficiently.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations, proposals, and quotations tailored to customer needs.
Stay updated with industry trends, competitor activities, and customer behavior to strategize effectively.
Work closely with marketing, customer service, and product teams to ensure seamless customer experience and satisfaction.
Maintain accurate records of sales activities, forecasts, and client communications using CRM software.
