Penerangan pekerjaanDegree in Engineering or equivalent Proficient in Microsoft Office tools (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for planning, reporting, and presentations. Experience in ISO 9001 : 2015 and as internal auditor. Familiarity with OSHA regulations and waste management procedures is an added advantage. Minimum of 10 years of relevant working experience in a manufacturing or production environment, with at least 5 years in a managerial role. Fluency in Mandarin is an added advantage due to communication requirements with internal teams and suppliers. Responsibilities :
- Manage the overall operations of the Production and Production Storage Departments, ensuring adherence to quality, safety and delivery targets.
- Investigate and resolve customer complaints and non-conformance issues, ensuring corrective actions are implemented effectively.
- Monitor and optimize the use of manpower, materials, and equipment to improve productivity and reduce waste.
- Review, update, and enforce compliance with ISO 9001 : 2015 procedures, including Quality Procedure Manuals (QPM) and Quality Work Instructions (QWI).
- Oversee the preparation and accuracy of ISO reports submitted by subordinates.
- Lead and maintain the implementation of 5S workplace practices to ensure a clean, organized, and efficient production environment.
