Production Manager

Penerangan pekerjaanOversee the production process to ensure products meet quality, cost, and delivery requirements. Optimize cutting, polishing, and finishing processes to maximize material yield and minimize wastage. Ensure compliance with factory safety, quality, and sustainability standards. Set and enforce quality control procedures for marble / Granite finished products. Ensure compliance with international standards (ISO, ASTM, EN, etc.) where required. Handle product complaints and implement corrective actions. Monitor product profitability and recommend adjustments where necessary. Assist management in capital investment decisions (machinery upgrades, new product lines). Strong knowledge of natural stone (marble, granite, quartz, etc.), including quarrying, processing, and finishing techniques. Experience in product lifecycle management. Strong leadership and coordination skills. Analytical and detail-oriented with good problem-solving abilities. Excellent communication and negotiation skills. Proficiency in MS Office; knowledge of AutoCAD or stone industry software is an added advantage. Bachelor's Degree in Engineering, Materials Science, Business Administration, or related field. ???? Minimum 5–8 years' experience in the stone, construction, or building materials industry, with at least 3 years in a managerial role. Experience in factory production management and / or product marketing preferred. Knowledge of export documentation and international markets is a plus. Health insurance Maternity leave
Position Overview
The Product Manager will oversee the planning, development, and management of marble products from raw materials through to finished goods. This role ensures product quality, cost efficiency, and timely delivery, while also coordinating between production, sales, and design teams. The Product Manager will play a key role in market research, product development, and aligning production capabilities with customer and project requirements.

- Develop and manage the marble product portfolio (slabs, tiles, custom cut-to-size, finished products).
- Work with design teams to process new patterns, finishes, and applications.
- Monitor trends in the natural stone industry and adapt product strategies accordingly.
