Job Summary
The transformation of postal services through digital innovation, strategic partnerships, and platform modernization towards enhancing operational efficiency, customer experience, and industry resilience across the postal value chain require attention to detail, managing huge dataset, coordination and communications with many parties.
Job Responsibilities :
- Implement courier industry development programs / initiatives
- Assist in implementing courier industry development initiatives to ensure continuous development and sustainability of the licensee through collaborative efforts with internal and external stakeholders.
- Help ensure programs are on schedule within stated budgets while maintaining good stakeholder relationships.
- Plan and evaluate all administrative related matters to ensure efficiency and completion of administrative tasks.
- Examples of initiatives can be postal service modernization, new PAKEJ+ and many more.
- Data Compilation - Supporting data to enhance industry development
- Assist in data analytic gathered from the research and benchmarking exercise (or other data / information / instruction obtained from other sources).
- Compilation of dataset for the benefit of industry players and consumers as well as Postal Business Management & Analytics.
- Organize communication session
- Assist in organizing communication sessions with internal and / or external stakeholders on the initiatives, action plans, and updates of the industry development programs / initiatives.
- Manage and collate communication material and content to ensure the session's effectiveness.
- Identify and liaise with the stakeholders to participate in the communication session.
- Facilitate positive relations between the industry player, other departments within the organization, and all involved parties.
- This is important during cross functional initiatives such as E-Commerce (Related to postal value chain) platform oversee.
- Capacity Building
- Assist with Task-Force meeting and programs for internal and external stakeholders in relation to postal and courier development
- Coordinate necessary preparation to organize the capacity building session . ie. proposal, memo approval, budget, venue etc.
- Provide a report on the programs that have been conducted to document the input and feedback captured from the session.
- Examples of the program will be MyPSG (Postal Security Group), Incident Platform, Courier Network Sharing, Pricing Policy and PUDO.
- Other Roles
- Identify, propose, and implement improvement initiatives for the division. This includes standards development, drafting of rules & regulation etc.
- Prepare and update any department presentation slides for HoD review & approval.
Qualification & Work Experience
Bachelor's degree in business administration or related field with a minimum CGPA of 3.00
Prompt and in-depth reporting and analysis
Good in verbal and written communications
Minimum of 2 years of relevant working experience
