Job Responsibilities

Provide professional consultation and guidance to students via WhatsApp, voice call, or Zoom; Respond to customer inquiries quickly and professionally to ensure an excellent experience; Follow up on students’ progress, assist in class arrangements and Zoom live sessions (on rotation); Collect and record student success stories, and assist them in producing high-quality Xiaohongshu posts; Create and improve customer journey SOPs, service manuals, and delivery documents; Handle feedback or complaints efficiently, provide effective solutions, and ensure proper follow-up.
