Job description

Moonandstella is a growing company in the fashion and textile industry. We are looking for a proactive and dedicated Operation Assistant to join our team. If you are passionate about fashion, detail-oriented and enjoy working in a supportive environment, we would love to meet you

Key Tasks and Responsibilities :

  • Research seasonal fashion trends, style, fabrication & color themes.
  • Support production department (sewing, embellishments, ironing of garments).
  • Assist in external events / fashion show - backstage and styling.
  • Assist in packing and shipping of products.
  • Inspection of all products.
  • Quality control - examining all finished product before it is presented to the end client / customer.
  • Required to perform other duties assigned by the supervisor / manager outside of your job scope from time to time.

Requirements :

  • Minimum SPM / Diploma in related field (fashion / textile / operations is an advantage).
  • Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
  • Passion for fashion industry, detail-oriented & proactive.
  • Able to work independently and as part of a team.
  • Willing to assist in events / shows when required.
  • Good communication skills in Bahasa & English (when required).

    • Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM1,800.00 – RM2,500.00 per month

    Benefits : Meal allowance, EPF, SOCSO, EIS Contributions

    Working Time : Monday to Friday 09 : 00 AM – 6 : 00 PM

    Supplemental Pay : Overtime pay, Performance bonus

    Job Types : Full-time, Permanent

    Pay : RM1, RM2,500.00 per month
