Penerangan pekerjaanPoint of contact - Maintaining customer relationship, ensuring all communication is clear, timely, and professional Handling customer questions, inquiries, and complaints Provided feedback on prices info to Sales Coordinator teams To process sales orders accurately and coordinate with Sales Coordinator Work closely with Logistics team to ensure smooth and on time delivery To monitor in credit collection and outstanding payment To prepare Sales report for Management review To prepare and represent company for any Roadshow & exhibitions Conduct and prepare any Product presentations and demonstration for clients To support on preparing marketing materials in any promotion etc. Experience in HORECA or Food & Beverage industries Able communicate in English, Malay and Mandarin. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin speaking clients.
