About the Team

What will you be doing?
- Responsible for our monthly payroll activities, including reviewing inputs and coordinating with our payroll vendors to ensure timely and accurate payments for our relevant markets
- Manage our payroll vendors, tracking performance against their SLA and ensuring compliance with local regulatory requirements
- Work closely with our Finance team and other stakeholders to reconcile financial transactions, track and report payroll costs across different business units and cost centres
- Support all tax filing, and external and internal audit requests
- Act as point of contact for all payroll matters from internal and external stakeholders
- Drive process improvement projects as required
We would love to know you if you have the following :
Experience working in a fast‑paced, high‑growth environmentAt least 4 years of end‑to‑end payroll process experience in the relevant markets, for example SingaporeStrong working knowledge of payroll software solutions, local regulations, and general payroll and HR related policies and processesProactiveness to initiate process improvements and automation implementations in a startup settingService mindset with strong communication and interpersonal skills and a collaborative team spiritAbility to work with some level of ambiguity as we are still building many processesWhat We Offer
