Overview
We are a business support firm specialising in serving law firms across the UK. Based in central Kuala Lumpur, we support UK-based law firms in handling immigration matters, including visa applications, documentation, and client liaison. The team provides reliable back-end support to enable our legal partners to focus on delivering high-quality legal services.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide support to the team and assist with casework.
- Draft online application forms and standard cover letters.
- Communicate with existing and prospective clients to obtain relevant supporting documents.
- Prepare materials and documentation for client meetings.
- Take detailed meeting notes and minutes.
- Update the team on all client and case communications.
- Ensure all files and records are properly maintained and kept up to date.
- Perform administrative tasks such as scanning, photocopying, handling phone calls, and diary management when required.
- Assist in the preparation of marketing materials.
- Carry out other tasks as instructed by fee earners from time to time.
- Stay up to date with the latest developments in UK immigration law, including policy changes, procedural updates, and legal requirements, to ensure accurate and compliant support for our UK-based legal partners.
Qualifications
Educated to a Bachelor’s degree level, or possess relevant experience as a Legal Clerk / Admin at a law firm in Malaysia.Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Proficient in English and Mandarin – both written and spoken at a professional business level.Able to work under pressure and collaborate effectively with a remote team.Strong communication and presentation skills in both English and Mandarin.Detail-oriented, well-organised, and proactive in managing multiple tasks and deadlines.Note : Mandarin-speaking candidates serving Mandarin-speaking clients are preferred.Benefits
