• Responsibilities :
• Responsible for merchandising and promoting assigned products at the retail level. This role ensures day-to-day operational activities meet company standards while supporting Supervisors by contributing to the improvement of business processes. You are on a journey to join an exciting Company and be part of our success story. Here we will equip you with the know-how and experience that will define your growth. In this role that you are about to embark on, you are required to carry out the following responsibilities :
• Merchandise assigned products effectively at retail outlets in accordance with company guidelines.
• Promote products by engaging with consumers and educating them on product features and benefits.
• Manage daily operational tasks to ensure smooth execution of merchandising and promotional activities.
• Assist Supervisors in identifying opportunities to improve business processes and operational efficiency.
• Monitor stock levels, shelf presentation, and compliance with planograms and promotional materials.
• Provide feedback and report on in-store conditions, competitor activities, and consumer insights.
• Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to support business growth initiatives. To be successful in this role, it is recommended that you should have the following skills and qualifications :
• A basic school certificate.
• Relevant working exposure or experience in a similar role.
