Responsibilities
- To manage and deliver customer-focused service to all Retail customers.
- Generate and send proposals to customers.
- Perform daily outbound calls to customers to follow up on quotations and proposals.
- Guide customers on completing proposals and obtaining relevant documents.
- Open accounts for customers.
- Onboard and guide customers on DHL e-Tools.
- Follow up with customers within SLA on quotations obtained from the CS team.
- Compile Retail data and present to the Retail Manager.
- Liaise with cross-functional teams and partners on training-related topics.
- Liaise with partners on commercial and operational updates.
- Update Service Points data and operating hours.
- Manage and review Google ratings for all Service Points.
- Update Google postings when required.
- Broadcast communications to Retail Service Points and Partners as directed by the Retail Manager.
- Undertake any assignment or special project as determined by the Retail Manager.
Qualifications
Diploma in a related discipline and / or 1-2 years of working experience.Exhibits ingenuity, creativity, resourcefulness and empathy.Well-developed relationship skills and ability to network with multiple levels of an organization and other business units.Our Offer
