Job Description
Assist in administrative duties
Handling incoming calls & messaging
Prepare Quotation, issue Delivery Order & Sales Invoice
Ensure proper & systematic filing of documents
Coordinate with sales and operation team
Responsible for general administration and supporting sales team
To undertake any and all other duties and responsibilities as so instructed by the superior
Collaborate with other departments to ensure smooth operations and effective communication
Undertake any other related tasks as required.
Job Requirement : -
Fresh graduates' applicants are encouraged to apply
Those with admin experience is an advantage
Required Skill(s) : Computer Literate, Microsoft Office
Willing to learn and committed to work
Able to work independently
Efficient time management skill, good teamwork or strong analytical skills in an added advantage
