As a Assistant Manager, Sales Management you will report directly to the Manager, Sales Management. The role plays a pivotal role in driving the sales team’s performance to achieve organizational goals. This position requires a proactive leader with a strong background in property sales, market analysis, and team management. The individual will be responsible for implementing effective sales strategies, maintaining high standards at sales galleries and show units, and ensuring that the team consistently meets or exceeds targets.
Job Responsibilities :
To assist the development of accurate sales forecasts based on market trends, historical data, and pipeline.
To provide strategic input into sales planning to align with company goals and market demands.
Ensuring sales teams are equipped with the latest tools and product information to support conversion.
To analyze sales data to track progress toward goals and identify performance trends.
Develop and implement performance dashboards for real-time visibility and decision-making support.
To drive personal sales performance by achieving the targets on a monthly and quarterly basis.
To lead initiatives to collect, analyze, and respond to feedback from users and clients.
Manage relationships with financial institutions to facilitate EF (End Financing) limit applications and maintain active empanelment status.
Supervise the operational management of sales galleries, ensuring optimal customer experience.
To assist on monitoring and control operational costs, seeking opportunities for efficiency without compromising quality.
Monitor and evaluate the SRT team’s performance through KPIs and structured reporting.
Work closely with the Manager, Sales Management to identify process gaps and lead continuous improvement initiatives across the sales function.
Perform any other tasks as assigned from time to time.
Job Requirements :
Possess of Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Management or equivalent qualification.
At least 5 years of relevant experience in property sales or a related field.
Strong knowledge and experience in property sales processes and regulations.
In-depth understanding of market trends and competitor activities.
Ability to analyze data and craft effective sales strategies and plans.

Demonstrated ability to coach and train sales personnel to achieve targeted results.
Willingness to work on weekends and public holidays as required.
