Design and implement campaigns to promote the company as an employer of choice both internally and externally.

Align branding initiatives with company values, vision, and culture

Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, appreciation events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.

Work with different HR functional teams to develop action plans and track implementation

Support the planning and communication of DEI programs to foster an inclusive work environment

Experience & Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in Human Resources, Communications, Organizational Psychology, or related fields

Minimum 3-5 years of experience in relevant roles such as organizational development, people and culture, employee engagement, internal communications, leadership development or growth strategy

Experienced with employee experience programs, employer branding, learning management frameworks etc

Proficient with HRIS platforms and Microsoft Office Suite

Excellent communication skills, creative thinking skills and multi-tasking skills

Team player with a proactive and problem solving mindset
