Job Description

• Design and implement campaigns to promote the company as an employer of choice both internally and externally.
• Align branding initiatives with company values, vision, and culture
• Plan and implement employee engagement initiatives such as town halls, appreciation events, team-building activities, and wellness programs.
• Work with different HR functional teams to develop action plans and track implementation
• Support the planning and communication of DEI programs to foster an inclusive work environment
