Responsibilities
Responsible for overall business development on SME loans and other products.
Manage customer relationships to develop and sustain business flow in line with company objectives.
Develop and implement marketing plans, while administering and monitoring customer accounts.
Solicit and establish new client relationships to expand SME business opportunities.
Enhance existing customer relationships and cross-sell company products.
Achieve monthly minimum collected fees target, working closely with the Sales Team.
Qualifications
Diploma / Degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or related field (fresh graduates are encouraged to apply).
Strong interest in sales, business development, and client engagement.
Good communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
Ability to communicate in Mandarin will be an added advantage.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and eager to learn.
Team player with positive attitude.
