Overview
The IT Manager will lead IT operations across 2 company entities. Key Responsibilities
Management, Security & Compliance (Main Focus)
Lead IT security, compliance, and governance initiatives. Develop IT policies, governance frameworks, roadmaps, and long-term strategies. Ensure compliance training, audit readiness, and adherence to regulatory requirements. Liaise with external vendors, auditors, and compliance bodies. Provide regular reports to the Managing Director on IT risk and strategy.
Internal Servicing
Provide IT support services for employees across both sites. Oversee helpdesk management, troubleshooting, and internal IT training. Manage and liaise with vendors for support.
Infrastructure & Systems
Manage DNS, servers, and system administration. Oversee applications including SAP HANA, Joget system, CRM, SCM, Infotech Payroll, SAP Accounting, E-Invoicing, and Purchasing Posting. Ensure system uptime, scalability, and reliability. Manage vendor relationships for system support.
