We are partnering with a German based MNC that specializes in manufacturing of Industrial Machinery. The company is expanding their Malaysia operations and looking for a Service Manager as part of their strategic growth.
Responsibility :
- Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards across all field service activities.
- Maintain structured service workflows to meet contractual obligations and service benchmarks.
- Drive high service quality through team performance management and regular evaluations.
- Act as the escalation point for service-related matters, including technical issues, complaints, and warranty claims.
- Maintain close communication with clients to understand their evolving needs and ensure long-term satisfaction.
- Represent the company professionally during on-site visits, negotiations, and service reviews.
- Track and analyze team performance through key metrics and reporting tools.
- Manage contract profitability and oversee service agreements to ensure effective delivery and cost control.
Requirements :
Degree or diploma in Engineering, Technical Management, or a related discipline.Minimum 5 years of leadership experience in a service or operations-related role.Familiarity with electro-mechanical systems or field-based technical services is advantageous.Strong leadership and people management skills with a proven ability to guide and motivate teams.Effective communicator with proficiency in English (written and verbal).Demonstrated ability to manage customer relationships and resolve operational challenges promptly.Analytical thinker with experience using performance indicators to drive improvements.Comfortable using ERP systems (e.g., SAP) and productivity tools (MS Office, etc.).How to apply :
