Job Description

To prepare tender documents, contracts, budgets, bills of quantities and other documentation

Checking the accuracy and correctness of the tender, ensure the tendering documents qualify the relevant requirement of the tendering documents.

Responsible for the organization of government documents, tendering documents etc.

Responsible for the collection and compilation of market resources, establish the local market resource information database and maintenance.

Responsible in preparation, coordination, manage, and control for all tender document, drawing and tender exercise.

Responsible for the inquiry and negotiation of sub-contractors and suppliers during the tendering process.

Participate in the cost calculation of tender documents, preparation and adjusting of BQ or related work.

Job Requirements

Bachelor's degree in quantity surveying, engineering management, Quantity Surveying or

similar.

2 years above working experience in the marketing development, tendering organization / QS

or project management, fresh graduate are encouraged to apply.

Proficient in Mandarin, English and Bahasa Malaysia

Able to accept overtime or outstation, to the work arrangement of superiors.

Preferably Certificate of Quantity Surveying holder or similar Chinese construction company

experience.
