Responsibilities
- Respond to guest maintenance requests in a timely and professional manner.
- Conduct regular inspections of hotel facilities and equipment to identify and address maintenance needs.
- Perform routine repairs and preventive maintenance on structural elements, and systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing).
- Manage maintenance supplies and equipment inventory; coordinate with vendors when needed.
- Carry out handyman tasks including carpentry, painting, and landscaping to maintain appearance and functionality.
