Beauty & Wellness Senior Exec Operations

Penerangan pekerjaanMonitor and record daily store walk-ins and enquiry logs. Support store team in converting walk-ins into buyers through sales assistance. Report on daily traffic count (target : at least 5 walk-ins per store). Ensure opening and closing SOPs are followed by store staff. Conduct store checks to ensure cleanliness, VM compliance, and readiness. Assist in preparing weekly operational reports for management. Prepare and circulate weekly duty rosters for store staff. Assist in junior staff recruitment process (posting, interview coordination). Handle staff leave applications, claims, allowances, and OT submission for approval. Ensure store staff follow the approved customer service script. Support customer service training sessions and monitor staff application. Handle basic customer enquiries and escalate complaints to Operations Manager. Record and monitor stock in / out in the system accurately. Assist in monthly stock take and report discrepancies. Ensure stock levels are maintained and alert Operations Manager on shortages. Monitor visual merchandising (VM) displays as per guidelines. Diploma / Degree in Business Administration, Retail Management or related field. Minimum 2–4 years of working experience in retail operations or a similar role. Experience in sales tracking, reporting and customer service preferred. Prior exposure to inventory / stock management systems is an advantage. Competitive salary and attractive commission scheme.
