Responsibilities
- Establish supplier relationship management processes and continuous improvement goals / programs.
- Act as the front desk of the company on a daily basis to handle enquiries and requests from customers. Work closely with overseas suppliers, export team, and finance team to ensure proper service delivery, shipping and invoicing.
- Liaise with internal and external transport companies / departments for timely inbound / outbound shipments.
- Ensure prompt delivery of products to buyers.
- Monitor 3rd‑party documents application status from overseas and acquire them in time. Ensure all shipping documents comply with legal regulations and company policy before presenting them to either customer or bank.
- Review incoming Letters of Credit, analyse credit worthiness of the LC and minimize risk of bad debts.
- Support traders or sales managers to manage issues that affect customers’ orders if there are any.
- Perform other ad hoc duties assigned by manager.
Education / Experience
Degree in Business Administration / Supply Chain / Logistics or any other related field.
At least 3 years of experience in handling chemicals / palm oil export documentation – considered for executive level.
Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply and will be considered for officer level.
Good knowledge in Letter of Credit and incoterm.
Familiarity with container, flexibag, isotank, bulk shipments and operations is an added advantage.
Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills are essential.
Pro‑active, team player and meticulous.
