We are seeking experienced and driven Store General Manager to lead our branches across Malaysia. Key Responsibilities
- Oversee day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and service targets.
- Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels in line with company policies and KPIs.
- Implement effective sales strategies, store standards, and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement.
- Recruit, train, and lead employees, providing coaching and performance management to build a high-performing team.
- Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and customer service standards.
- Handle customer issues professionally and strengthen HomePro's brand reputation.
- Conduct sales analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.
- Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
Requirements
Diploma / Degree in Business Administration or related field.At least 5 years of retail management experience, preferably in large-format retail.Strong leadership and team management skills with proven results.Good knowledge of sales, merchandising, and retail operations.Analytical, detail-oriented, and able to manage budgets and KPIs.Strong interpersonal and communication skills (Mandarin is an advantage).Flexibility to work weekends, public holidays, and extended hours (retail nature of the job).What We Offer
