We are seeking experienced and driven Store General Manager to lead our branches across Malaysia. Key Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day store operations to achieve sales, profitability, and service targets.
• Control expenses, shrinkage, and inventory levels in line with company policies and KPIs.
• Implement effective sales strategies, store standards, and visual merchandising to drive customer engagement.
• Recruit, train, and lead employees, providing coaching and performance management to build a high-performing team.
• Ensure compliance with company procedures, safety, and customer service standards.
• Handle customer issues professionally and strengthen HomePro's brand reputation.
• Conduct sales analysis and competitor benchmarking to identify opportunities for growth.
• Foster a positive, productive, and customer-focused work environment.
