- Manage customer inquiries, policy matters, and complaints through inbound calls, live chat, and email.
- Deliver clear, accurate, and effective solutions to address customer needs and concerns.
- Ensure timely follow-up and prompt responses, creating a smooth and hassle-free customer experience.
- Uphold a professional, customer-first approach, maintaining the highest standards of service quality at all times.
Requirements :
Minimum Diploma qualification in any field.At least 1 year of experience handling inbound calls, emails, and live chat.Strong communication and problem-solving skills with a customer-oriented mindset.Stable work history (not frequent job changes).Job Type : Full-time
Pay : RM2, RM3,500.00 per month
