Conduct regular audits of HR paperwork to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies and legal requirements.
Assist in the organization and maintenance of employee records, both digital and physical.
Support the HR team in filing and archiving documents in an efficient and secure manner.
Help identify and rectify discrepancies in HR documentation.
Collaborate with HR staff to streamline and improve filing systems and processes.
Provide administrative support for various HR projects and initiatives.
Assist in preparing reports and summaries based on audit findings.
Ensure confidentiality and security of employee information.

Qualifications :
Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion.
Proactive and able to work independently as well as part of a team.
Prior experience or coursework in HR is a plus but not required.
