Your Mission

You will serve as a key architect of our people strategy , overseeing core HR functions while ensuring our culture thrives in alignment with business goals. You’ll report directly to the HR Manager and guide a capable team of HR professionals.

Key Responsibilities :

Champion talent acquisition — design and execute effective recruitment strategies aligned with company growth and workforce planning.

Drive organizational capability through structured training and development programs that build future-ready skills.

Oversee workforce compliance & governance , ensuring full adherence to Malaysian Labour Law, Act 446, and ISO standards.

Lead employee experience initiatives , fostering engagement, retention, and a culture of continuous improvement.

Steer HR data analytics , leveraging metrics and insights to guide strategic decisions and policy enhancements.

Uphold operational excellence in payroll accuracy, benefits administration, and employee records management.

Partner with leadership to review and modernize HR policies, ensuring agility, compliance, and inclusivity.

Act as HR Manager when delegated , exercising sound judgment and authority in correspondence and official documentation.

Who You Are

A results-oriented HR professional with a Degree / Diploma in Human Resources or equivalent.

A seasoned practitioner with at least 5 years of HR experience — preferably in manufacturing.

A strategic thinker with strong knowledge of Labour Law, Industrial Relations, and foreign workforce management.

A people leader skilled in communication, influence, and conflict resolution.

Digitally fluent and data-savvy — comfortable working with HRIS and reporting tools.
