We’re Hiring : Junior L3 Support Engineer (Core Banking – Application Maintenance / Production Support)
Location : Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia

About the Role
Join our Core Banking team and be part of supporting mission-critical applications in the Investments & Wealth domain. As a Junior L3 Support Engineer , you’ll handle application maintenance, production support, bug fixing, and small enhancements while ensuring smooth deployments and system stability.
What You’ll Do
- Provide L3 support for Core Banking applications.
- Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve production issues.
- Maintain and enhance applications in C#, .NET Core / Framework, MVC / Web API .
- Work with SQL Server & Entity Framework for queries and optimization.
- Collaborate with DevOps teams for deployments (exposure to ALDON on AS400 is a plus).
