Business Development Manager
JOMhotel.com WP – Kuala Lumpur, Federal Territory of Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia
Responsible for growing JOMhotel.com’s accommodation network by sourcing new accommodation partners, optimizing existing supply to match market demand, and building strong relationships that drive mutual business growth. The role also involves tracking KPIs, reporting performance, and preparing materials for partner engagements.
Roles and Responsibilities
- Proactively source and onboard new accommodation partners to expand JOMhotel.com’s inventory.
- Analyze market demand and offer tailored product solutions to ensure accommodation partners achieve strong business results.
- Maintain and strengthen long‑term partnerships with accommodation partners, identifying new opportunities for mutual growth.
- Identify, acquire, and integrate new sources of accommodation supply while nurturing existing relationships.
- Track and report weekly / monthly KPIs and key metrics internally to highlight achievements and uncover growth opportunities.
- Develop and deliver impactful materials for external partner meetings, ensuring alignment with business goals and objectives.
Skills and Requirements
2+ years of relevant work experience. Fresh graduates are welcome to apply.Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.Data‑driven mindset with the ability to analyse and optimise performance.Excellent communication skills in English (and Bahasa Malaysia, if relevant).Experience in hospitality, travel tech, or OTA industry preferred.This is a role based in Desa Sri Hartamas, Kuala Lumpur office. Reporting to the Head of Operations.
