Overview

We are seeking a results-driven and detail-oriented Purchasing Manager to lead and manage all procurement activities. The ideal candidate will oversee supplier relationships, negotiate contracts, ensure cost-effective purchasing, and manage the timely delivery of goods and services. This role is essential for maintaining inventory levels, ensuring product quality, and supporting the company's operational goals. Responsibilities

Develop and implement effective purchasing strategies and policies. Source, evaluate, and manage relationships with reliable suppliers and vendors. Negotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to obtain the best value for the company. Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with warehouse and production teams to forecast demand. Ensure the timely and cost-effective procurement of materials, products, and services. Analyze purchasing trends and identify opportunities for cost savings and process improvement. Track orders and ensure timely delivery while resolving any supply chain or logistics issues. Ensure compliance with company policies and procurement regulations. Maintain accurate records of purchases, pricing, and vendor performance. Lead and mentor a team of procurement officers or buyers. Requirements

Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or related field. 5+ years of experience in procurement or purchasing, with at least 2+ years in a supervisory or managerial role.
