Bank Customer Service - Permanent
Handle customer inquiries & complaints regarding banking products via inbound call and email.
Ensure the highest standard of service delivery on personalized phone services to customers.
Serves customers by determining requirements; answering inquiries; resolving problems; fulfilling requests; maintaining database.
Additional Information & Compensation
- Earliest shift start at 6am, latest shift end by 3am
- 9.5 hours per shift including 1 hour break (additional 0.5 hours comfort break). Rest 2 days (Off day may be split)
- 1 month classroom training (Mon – Fri, 9am – 6.30pm). Mandatory attendance
- PERMANENT
- 14 days Medical Leave
- Quarterly KPI Incentives (up to RM2,000)
- RM500 Bonus upon confirmation (One time off)
- RM350 Fixed Shift Allowance / up to RM900 if night shift
- RM25 per day → Transport Allowance (start anytime before 7am / end after 12am)
- OT claimable
- Double Pay on Public Holiday

- Dental & Optical RM400 per annum
- Yearly Performance Bonus and Salary Review in March
