The role involves analyzing market trends and managing product development to align with WOW's strategic goals in the makeup industry. Responsibilities

Market Trend Insight & Product Planning : Analyze Malaysian market data to forecast future trends in the makeup industry. Formulate brand / category introduction plans aligned with WOW's channel strategies. Brand Development : Identify and introduce domestic / international makeup brands matching WOW's positioning, focusing on mainstream brands and high-potential emerging brands. Supplier Management : Develop and manage local Malaysian suppliers, negotiate pricing, and optimize procurement costs to ensure supply chain stability. Product Lifecycle Management : Plan product portfolios, implement differentiated strategies, and enhance market competitiveness (as per WOW store operational KPIs). Qualifications

Diploma or above 2+ years of independent makeup procurement experience Required Skills

Familiarity with Malaysian mainstream makeup brands and ability to predict trends Proven capability in supplier negotiation and development Strong data analysis skills to improve product performance Preferred Skills

Experience in product lifecycle management and a strong understanding of market dynamics. Pay range and compensation package
