As a Customer Service Executive, you will serve as a liaison between our company and customers, resolving issues and providing accurate product / service information.

What You Will Do :
- Handle inbound and outbound calls, emails, and service requests
- Provide first-level troubleshooting and dispatch engineers for hardware-related issues
- Assist customers with product guidance, warranty registration inquiries
- Respond to inquiries on e-Shop orders, deliveries, training, and gift redemptions
- Accurately record and update cases in CRM, elevate issues as needed and perform follow-ups
- Maintain professionalism and courteous communication to ensure customer satisfaction
- Perform administrative tasks as assigned
