Material Executive

Penerangan pekerjaanCollect and organize daily site reports, material logs, and photographic records. Ensure accurate and systematic filing of site records, both physical and electronic. Upload and maintain project material data in relevant systems Coordinate with various departments to facilitate communication and documentation flow. Attend project meetings and report on material status and documentation updates. Collaborate with the engineering, safety, and quality teams to ensure data accuracy and compliance. Perform other duties as assigned by the project manager or site leader. Required language(s) : Bahasa Malaysia, Mandarin, English. We are seeking candidates proficient in Mandarin to effectively communicate with Mandarin-speaking clients. Willing to based at Site Office Experienced in Construction Material Management
Key Responsibilities
1. Material Management Duties
- Prepare and submit material requisition forms based on project schedule and needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers and procurement team to follow up on material deliveries.
- Receive, inspect, and record incoming materials at site; ensure proper storage and labeling.
- Maintain up-to-date inventory records including material in / out, stock levels, and wastage into the system.
- Conduct periodic stock checks to ensure physical stock matches the inventory records.
- Handle material return, replacement, and quality issues in coordination with suppliers.
