Job Responsible

Job Description

  • Assist Production Manager to manage the production schedule and monitor the overall production output levels
  • Update Daily Priority Task
  • Work closely with the Product Development team in formulating and scaling new products whilst maintaining quality and consistency and adherence to the SOP and recipes.
  • Supervising the production team, support staff, managing work schedules, training and development, and performance evaluation for continuous improvement.
  • Maintaining and enforcing strict food safety and hygiene standards throughout in accordance with Halal, HACCP standards and in accordance with government regulations. .
  • Maintain accurate records

Qualifications

  • Minimum SPM or Diploma.

    • Desired Experience / Exposure

  • At least 1 year of working experience in a production line, preferably in the Poultry or Food Manufacturing industry.
  • Ability to respond and act quickly.
  • Strong planning and organizational skills.
