Penerangan pekerjaanMinimum Diploma in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field (or equivalent experience). At least 2–3 years of experience in warehouse / logistics operations, with supervisory experience preferred. Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. Knowledge of warehouse management systems (WMS) and Microsoft Office applications. Physically fit and able to work in a fast-paced environment. Willing to work overtime, shifts, or weekends if required.
WAREHOUSE SUPERVISOR
Position : Warehouse Supervisor
Department : Logistics
Responsibilities :
Supervise daily warehouse operations including receiving, storing, picking, and dispatch of goods.
- Ensure proper stock management (inventory accuracy, stock rotation, cycle count).
- Lead and monitor warehouse staff to meet productivity, safety, and quality standards.
- Coordinate with logistics, procurement, and sales teams to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Prepare and maintain records such as stock reports, delivery schedules, and warehouse documentation.
- Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety regulations, and warehouse procedures.
- Train and guide warehouse staff to improve efficiency and teamwork.
- Identify process improvements to optimize warehouse layout and reduce handling time.
