As the Human Resource Manager at Jayfen Health (M) Sdn Bhd, you will play a pivotal role in driving the company's human capital strategy. This full-time position is based in Klang, Selangor and will involve overseeing all aspects of human resource management, from recruitment and onboarding to employee engagement and performance management.
Responsibilities
- Developing and implementing HR policies, procedures and best practices to support the company's goals and objectives
- Overseeing the recruitment and selection process, including sourcing, screening and onboarding of new hires
- Managing employee relations, including handling grievances, disciplinary matters and promoting a positive work culture
- Coordinating training and development initiatives to upskill and engage the workforce
- Administering employee benefits, compensation and performance management programs
- Ensuring compliance with all relevant labour laws and regulations
- Collaborating with department heads to understand their HR needs and provide tailored solutions
- Compiling HR reports and analytics to inform strategic decision-making
- Payroll compilation and submission for approval prior paid out
- Monitor and update daily attendance at biometric attendance system
- Monitor and update leave entitlement and leave taken by the employees
- Responsible in panel clinics matters as well as employee wellbeing
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Administration or a related fieldMinimum 3-5 years of experience in a similar HR management role, preferably in the manufacturing industryExcellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and influence at all levels from top management to first line workersStrong problem-solving and analytical skills, with a keen eye for detailProficient in HR information systems and data analysisThorough understanding of employment laws and HR best practicesPassionate about driving positive change, cultivating excellent team culture and enhancing the employee experienceExcellent in talent recruitment and retention strategy; guided by the top management direction and framework to ensure that the workforce matches the company policy and industry requirementFamiliarity with any Social Compliance Audit such as SMETA, BCSI, SA8000 as well as ISO Management System such as ISO9001, ISO13485 will be a plusProficient to converse, and write in 3 languages : Mandarin, English & MalayGood Communication and Fluent in Mandarin, English and Bahasa MalaysiaWe are an equal opportunities employer and welcome applications from all qualified candidates.
