Senior HR Business Partner

We are currently on the lookout for a Senior HR Business Partner who will be a close partner to the business in driving our strategic people agenda, ensuring close alignment to our business priorities to support the overall organizational objectives.

What awaits you?

• Close partnership with the businesses in advising senior management in relation to HR strategy implementation and relevant HR topics within business units.
• Support personnel management concepts (grading, compensation, working and management structures, HR guidelines).
• First contact partner when it comes to disciplinary actions and steering the processes, aligned with IR / ER.
• Implement HR strategies and policies within the local context in line with the long term and short-term corporate HR strategy. Ensures alignment with BMW Group guidelines and practices.
• Support and implement the development and recommendation of HR programs and policies which are designed to maintain the company's competitive position in the industry.
• Steering of HR Topics and projects in implementation and roll-out phase.
